After purchasing your ticket(s) you will be sent an email containing your e-ticket(s) and information regarding your password to view the LIVE show

Below you will see an example of the email you should receive containing your tickets - remember and scroll down to view your link to the event along with your password information. If you do not receive an email containing your e-ticket(s), please contact us as soon as possible as we cannot guarantee we will be able to help on the day of the event as we will be making sure everything is set up for the show (Your password information will also be printed on your ticket(s) if you physically print out your e-ticket)

If you have purchased tickets for the replay - your email will contain a download link which you must click to receive the file containing both your link to the event and your password information

You only have a limited time to download your file before it expires or you will need to contact us using the email address above and we will resend your download link.
